Our company aims to reach the object of excellence within the guidance of "Quality Management and Excellence Model", in conformity with our fundamental aim.

Our chairman of the board of directors, Bülent Eczacıbaşı, with the slogan of "First We Have to Change" has emphasized that the change has to start form the leaders in the 1st National Quality Congress and "Quality Management" was decided to be used within the Eczacıbaşı Group.

Under the leadership of our General Manager and General Manager's Consultant "Quality Management" was started; aiming to meet the needs continuously in a preventative approach in the direction of "customer-focusing" principle. Establishing the understanding of "Quality Management" at all levels of the company, with the participation of all employees, is determined as the vital priority.

The milestones of our "Quality Management" are as follows:

 1994 "Quality Management" was decided and initiated
 1995 "Excellence Committee", "Guidance Team" and the first "Improvement Team" were established
 1996 First "Self-Assessment" was made and "Performance Management System"was established
 1997 Becoming a member of KalDer, publishing the "Quality Handbook"
 1998 Second "Self-Assessment" was made
 1999 General Manager's Consultant being chosen as assessor and site-visitor in the process of "KalDer Quality Award Process"
 2000 Third "Self-Assessment" was made
 2001 Decision to apply for the "National Quality Award" was taken
 2002 Fourth "Self-Assessment" was made. Human Resources and Quality Assurance Managers participated the "KalDer National Quality Award Process" as assessor and site-visitor
 2003 Application for the "KalDer National Quality Award"
 2005 "KalDer National Quality Award" for large scale companies was won

The "Self- Assessments" are among the most important tools for us to determine our current conditions and guide our future. "Self- Assessments" are repeated every two years with more participants, to evaluate our activities and the results, in detail within the framework of the "Excellence Model" .

Our company has extended its excellence-focused approach to take an active role in the activities of both Eczacıbaşı Holding Human Resources Coordination and KalDer, and play a supporting role for the other companies of Eczacıbaşı Group.
